  • Property address and details (square footage, lot size, rooms, etc.)
  • Documents you upload: insurance policies, receipts, warranties, manuals, property records
  • Evidence completions, notes, and expense records
  • Tax appeal data (evidence, comparables, timeline) and equity/mortgage info you enter
  • Vault documents, project info, and content you add to Resources or the Property Passport
  • We do not collect: Bank accounts, credit cards, financial statements, or any banking credentials
  • We do not use: Plaid, bank integrations, or financial data aggregators

What is Momenta?

Momenta is an AI-powered Home Operating System for homeowners. It includes: a dashboard and property profile; evidence task tracking and expense records; tax appeal tools (evidence, comparables, deadlines); insurance policy extraction and storage; equity and LTV tracking and simulations (based on data you enter); Vaults for document storage and AI chat over your documents; Projects for DIY guidance; Daily Intelligence and an optional Telegram bot for home-related Q&A; and the Property Passport and Resources to build a verified home record.

How do I get started?

Go to momenta.homes, click "Start with your address," and sign in with Google. Add your property, then explore the dashboard, evidence, equity, appraisal, insurance, and vault. Link the Telegram bot (@momenthomesBot) from the app to ask home questions in chat.

Is my data secure?

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage. Access is controlled and tied to your account. We do not sell your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Do you connect to my bank or collect financial data?

No. We do not connect to bank accounts, use Plaid, or collect financial credentials. Equity and simulations use property data and the mortgage/balance information you choose to enter. We only collect home-related data (property, documents, evidence, expenses, tax appeals, vault, projects).

How does tax appeal work?

Verify your property and state deadlines. Upload evidence, use comparables and timeline tools, get AI-assisted analysis. We help you prepare and track the appeal; deadlines and support depend on your state. Informational and organizational support only—we are not lawyers or tax advisors.

How does insurance extraction work?

Upload an insurance policy PDF. We extract coverage details, deductibles, and related info and save them to your account. Review and reference everything in the app. Documents and data are stored securely and tied only to your account.

What is the Telegram bot?

Our bot (@momenthomesBot) lets you ask home-related questions in Telegram. When you link your account, we use your Momenta data (property, evidence, documents, etc.) to give personalized answers. Linking is optional; you can unlink or stop using the bot anytime.

How does the Vault and AI chat work?

You upload documents (warranties, manuals, receipts, insurance, etc.) to Vaults. You can then ask questions in natural language and our AI will search your documents to answer (e.g. "When does my HVAC warranty expire?" or "What's covered under my policy?"). Content is processed securely and only used to serve your account.

How does equity tracking work?

We use your property address and the mortgage/balance information you enter, plus property and value data from our providers, to estimate equity and LTV. We do not connect to your bank or lender. You can run simulations (e.g. different payoff or value scenarios) with the data you provide.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes. From Profile settings you can delete your account. We permanently delete your account and associated data (profile, property, documents, evidence, expenses, tax appeals, vault, projects, equity data, Telegram linkage, and other stored data). What platforms is Momenta on?

Momenta is available as a web app at momenta.homes (and our main domain). You sign in with Google in your browser. We also offer an optional Telegram bot for home-related Q&A. There may be native mobile apps in the future; check the site or contact us for the latest.

Is Momenta a financial advisor, lawyer, or insurer?

No. Momenta is not a financial advisor, lawyer, insurance agent, or real estate agent. We provide informational and organizational tools only. Insights and features are not personalized professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial, legal, tax, or insurance decisions.
